I hold my phone against my chest. I doubt anyone knows I’m doing it. There is no reason to look at my chest, I do 12oz curls. By keeping it against my chest it stays nice and steady. The sound isn’t usually great, as my wife is usually singing her lungs out. They shut the lights off as I took this.
