After the Lactobacillus bacteria in my last batch of Sauerkraut died due to the heat we've been having thought I'd start a new batch of mustard. 1 cup of yellow mustard seed and 1 cup of black mustard seed and plenty of organic cider vinegar with the mother.
12 hours and 55 minutes apparently although I think that's being optimistic.
