Recently hopped onto Toontown Rewritten for some nostalgia and came across a community event. A bunch of players are gathering to give each other stuff, which led to the servers dying haha
Tried looking up a Grandma's Boy reference recently and Google hit me with its chatbot garbage
Haven't been on Battlefield 6 since November, but I may have stayed up too late on the new Tsuru Reef map haha. Fun to have a larger map, but I'll never get the level of teamwork across large maps that the early Battlefield games had. i miss commander mode
This combined with having the map hidden until you reach a checkpoint, often near the end of each region, is rough. It frequently makes it a hassle to figure out where you're going. And even when the map is clear, I still occasionally have trouble reading it. 2/2
Echoes of Aincrad has many little annoying things, but man, why do they tell you to follow the roads and then have some that lead out of bounds? They're not even blocked off with rocks or destroyed bridges to prevent you from going there. It just teleports you backward. 1/2
The thunderstorm alert failed to stop this neighborhood earlier haha
Running through my Steam wishlist and have been meaning to check out the demo for Elin, but I just saw this wild review
Ended up trying the Echoes of Aincrad demo the other day and right to jail, who says it's WDSA
The Roblox clones come for everything eventually. 42.5k players right now.
I've really gotta go back to Dread Delusion, but I checked out the dev's latest game Entropy last night. Just a demo atm, but it's got some cool and creepy art for the different characters you'll meet. store.steampowered.com/app/3940340/...
Looking through my Crimson Desert screenshots and realized I forgot to post about my NeverEnding Story moment 😢
Wasn't paying attention and read this as Master of Catnip. was a little confused
Saw someone mention that Khaby Lame was in 007 First Light, so I googled it and got a full AI Overview in Hindi, with English sources. I have no idea why. So I googled Hindi, and it gave me another AI Overview in Hindi.
Getting ready to leave the city after grabbing food over at Kin Ramen. But I cheated since I got curry. Food was good, but it was supposed to be spicy and wasn't in the slightest. I'll have to emphasize it next time or maybe try their ramen.
Path of Exile 2 must be dying if it can't even reach its all-time peak huh.
A Crimson Desert side quest has me feeling like this right now. Legitimately had to take a break because it's just annoying, not even difficult.
This also led to me finding another Google flub where it's showing the lyrics for Bon Jovi - You Give Love a Bad Name for Halcyon haha
Felt like another run where my deck didn't quite come together, but it still worked out decently. Knocked out Ascension 3 with a three-person group this time.
My mistake is always wanting to do a poison run on Silent despite the game rarely letting me haha. So I usually end up doing a little bit of poison combined with shivs or sometimes discarding sly cards. is it too much to ask for accelerant
Goofed around tonight in Slay the Spire 2 grabbing the Whispering Earrings on Silent. (First turn auto plays, but I get 1 extra energy per turn). Ended up going surprisingly well despite not putting much thought into my deck for this A3 run.
Looking into a story and the Google news tab hits me with the Twitter For You page. It's so goofy that a social media page completely unrelated to my query appears as the second-highest result.
The Google AI overview is consistently wrong for Crimson Desert. Calls the main region of Hernand, "Hanan". And refers to the Pororin Forest Guardians as "Portal Reinforce Guardian". On top of other false info that I don't understand. It's a good thing Google is prioritizing genAI.
