Halibut Cheek Update: We did them very simply; just butter, garlic, parsley, S&P. We all thought the flavor was closer to lobster than anything else; really sweet. There are a few pieces leftover and they’re gonna make a couple awesome fish tostadas The miso-glazed scallops were also really good
