i use clip studio paint + the pencil+marker brushes from michaelguimont.gumroad.com ! biggest tip i can give is incorporating an under painting, i will establish the lighting in fun colours first then i use a textured brush (like a pencil) at around 70% opacity to build the actual color on top.
