I'm 100% going to cosplay this character sometime.

I took up running this year. I was really concerned I would lose weight and size but I actually gained about 5 pounds over the year (not all of it muscle). I didn't make a ton of progress this last year but not losing mass was an exciting discovery.

It has officially been 5 years since I got in the gym. I haven't enjoyed every day of it but I have enjoyed what it has done for me. The muscles are wonderful but the stronger mind is what I'm most proud of. Same shirt, different me.

This is the slide in the first picture. I worked really hard to make it this terrible.

This was the second slide. It came in to both groans and laughs. Piccolo was spinning all the while this frame was up. The rest of the presentation was just as unhinged.

I gave a presentation to teens about exercising. The slides were full of brain rot and intentionally terrible. They loved it.

We dressed up in an 80's style for a fitness to celebrate a classmate's birthday. I felt transcendent in my attire. #NerdFitness
