This was so delicious. Juicy moist chicken and sautéed spinach on a bed of orzo. All in a buttery, lemony garlic sauce. Definitely a dish I'll be adding to recipe rotation.

Felt like making something with crispy beef for dinner yesterday, but a package of ground beef is too much for a single meal. So last night was crispy beef with Peppers and udon noodles in a peanut sauce, and today is a Crispy Beef with stir fired vegetables in a sweet chili sauce over rice.
