#LastFourWatched Body Double was De Palma at his most perverted (from what I’ve seen) and it was great. The Notebook kinda feels like a fake movie but it’s cute. Any Stooge short where they literally die is awesome and Spider-Man BND might make me read capes a little again (oh no.)
#LastFourWdldlatched Trekkies was a loving (I think?) doc showing the trek fandom. Matrix Reloaded is perhaps the COOLEST of the 4. NTBTSTM is still my favorite movie I’ve watched this year and Jennifer’s Body was a blast to watch with a group of pals.
#LastFourWatched The Stuff is great. Chocolate Chip Charlie is the man. Civil War had some nice shots but it was melodramatic and stupid?? Alvin and the Chipmunks sucks and proves any movie where David Cross has a soul patch is a flop. And Eddie the Eagles is a cute fun time. Fly Eddie Fly!!

#LastFourWatched I love the atmosphere of Prisoners and Jackman is so scary. Obsession fucking ruled, felt it on a visceral level. Together is pretty clunky and strange but had some really great moments and Innerspace was a blast. I’ll always happily watch Short flail around. Also, Dick Miller :)
#LastFourWatched Backrooms had some awesome visuals and ideas but the writing felt a little juvenile. The Red Balloon is French Goku and Flying Nimbus. Cloverfield is really stupid but must’ve hit different in a theater and Aunty Donna’s X-MEN finally adapts the legendary comic properly.
#LastFourWatched Idle Hands brought me back to hanging out with my bro & his burnout buds. Can’t WAIT for Hidari to get a full feature. Some of the coolest stop motion I’ve seen in a minute. Cooking Quinoa… finally getting to some of Lynch’s best stuff. And Creeps has some primo Atkins & Dick Miller

#LastFourWatched Bugonia was excellent with a stellar cast and score. Top Secret! has a lot of funny things happening around Val Kilmer. Gosford Park is a British who-done-it where no one actually cares who did it and Hard Target just kicks so much ass. Possibly, holds the record for most slow-mo 🔥🦵
#LastFourWatched Kite is half porn but the action and style is sick. Cover-Up is an okay doc but never reaches greatness. The Invisible Man is hilarious. What if a naked guy ran around town throwing your drink and spinning your bow tie? And Toy Story the original is the funniest in the franchise imo
