Any SNES nerds know what exactly could cause this kind of audio issue? (It doesn't affect every single game, and it's definitely locked to my SNES since it sounds perfect on my SFC.) Would like to know what I might need to replace, before I buy any parts.

More progress on Capitalist League, the tentatively-named Fortune Street clone I'm working on. This time we've got the Event Card system kinda up and running with basics for displaying the cards! I kinda like this effect. Not sure on keeping this system for them, though #gamedev #pixelart #indiedev
