I was looking for a Palestinian radio that I know when I've stumbled upon the satellite destruction of Gaza.

A staellite imagery of Gaza. The pin is not correctly updated and says "Radio Kol Hasfela, Rehovot, Israel". The color of the land - grey - contrast with the surrounding areas, outside of Gaza. The delineation is very clear, marked by the Israeli border fences.

The US is eye-ing military investments in BE to co-produce weapon systems in the future

"Regarding future investment deals for US companies, the ambassador said: “Our largest defence companies want to come to Brussels to talk to local companies about the co-production of weapon systems. Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and General Dynamics are all looking for a partner in Europe.”

Grateful to my friends who, for my recent wedding, sponsored an olive tree near Ramallah in the West Bank through a donation to a Palestinian environmental NGO. We just received some of its olive oil/olives harvest. 🫒💚

The US president announces that he will remove the longstanding US sanctions against Syria, imposed during former President Bashar al-Assad’s rule.

“There’s a new government that will hopefully succeed in stabilising the country and keeping peace,” he said.

“I will be ordering the cessation of sanctions against Syria in order to give them a chance at greatness,” Trump said, with MBS and the rest of the room rising to their feet to applaud the decision.
