As of a few minutes ago 8:30 on 19th May Scotland is supplying 100% of its own electricity 18% of Englands and 65% of Wales. For Englands market is 10 times that of Scotland and Wales is about half. So in total Scotland is producing some 310% of what we consume, 3 times

It’s a problem they have had since 1999, every Holyrood election they return fewer and fewer MSPs. They deny, review, change leader but basically the problem is clearly systemic. They are not a party but a description of UK Labour, pretending otherwise undermines any credibility.

Not only ironic but also a bit weird as article 7 is about not being liable be charged for an offence that was not an offence t time it was committed. Which sounds like a confession and an attempt to make sure that any proceeds are not liable.
