4th year peach tree, 2nd harvest. Looks like we’re in for 50-60lbs this season. 🌱
Nearly forgot I got some yard long beans in. These are great if you want some green beans that keep their color after cooking. 🌱
And the 3rd nesting pair in this nest this year. Looks like a house finch but I’m not 100% yet.

Compost in the winter and this through the season. I don’t think it matters that much really as long as they continue to get enough nitrogen. ( depending on your particular soil.) we have red clay natively which is pretty good for the other nutrients.
The raspberries have done much better in quality and quantity this season. It took me a few years to realize the “everbearing” varieties require regular fertilization to keep up that heavy production. 🌱
It’s cutting season. I’m pruning my native plum and giving away trees.
These stick on hummingbird feeders are the most entertaining thing I ever bought for the living room.
