This is one of Lark's half-brothers. Different father. Gives an idea of how he will look as he grows up. This horse sold at a big cowgirl auction in the States for US$200,000! Also a gelding. Still flabbergasted.
This is my Colt, her son Lark at around 8 ? months. Again the fineness & dishing in the face (ok ok relative I know, talking to one with Arabs 😉)
Here's a pic of my girl. She's a good example of the breed and you can kind of see the fineness of her face -;even a slight dishing. She's 19 in this photo and has had 9 foals.

So I bought a few of these today plus a plastic "tote" . Thing is they are made in Canada! Which is great but why couldn't I get these before? I was always looking for household things that were made in Canada. And now they exist apparently. (Canadian Tire FYI)
Anyway I'll share a beautiful thing that happened to me this month... In December I took the plunge and bought a horse. Turns out she was pregnant - oops- and gave birth to a beautiful little colt. Presenting Lark:
