Some people with zero imagination spend money on personalised car number plates so the rest of us can tell they are total bell ends from a distance. There are strict rules but these people think they are special so use illegal spacing, fonts etc to justify the money they wasted.
Add another 10 grand and you can get a half decent Japanese camper underneath.
