I am sooo lucky to see this burrowing owl sitting on my roof a short time ago. Driving down my street tonight and the owl flew in front of my car. When I pulled into my driveway, there it is sitting on my roof. I haven’t seen one in years.

We have burrowing owls in my community. Here’s a picture of one at my house back in 2015. It was so cute.

My neck of the woods needs some rain or clouds at least in the summertime. It was 109 degrees in my car earlier 🥵🥵🥵

South Florida evening thunderstorm. Much needed after today’s heat. But honestly it felt like a touch of tornado mixed into this thunderstorm…..the wind across the lake. Couldn’t get a better video because of the heavy rain against my sliders.

I’m soooo proud to be a NYer, well former NYer, but in my heart I am always a NYer. That parade is very much what NY is about. We may look distant to each other but when needed we band together. 9/11 showed it and today did as well. Go Knicks!!
