Not tagging or QRT'ing the original bc I don't want to start a flame war or whatever over this, but this just kinda reeks of classism to me. Like, it's fine to take this approach if magic is a class metaphor in your world, but have you ever read an electrician's diagrams? That's fucking IRL magic.
