You know what? Next time I’m asked to summarise in one sentence why Greens are it, this is what’s coming out of my mouth: All the other parties want stuff which is extra to the minimum we should all be able to rightfully claim; yet only Greens are willing to make sure that minimum exists.

I received a reply to a post today which forced me to understand that the response to racism cannot be slick substitution, replacing one perceived enemy for another. It cannot be a transfer of hate from one another onto the hyper wealthy. It has to be absolute intolerance for hurt in all its forms.

It takes all sorts.
