3 more days!! Ran 0.20 straight I’m getting closer to my goal of being able to run a quarter mile all at once!! I also did my first mile in under 14 minutes!!
4 more days until my 5k (did the same route as yesterday so not sure how the total distance is different?) Windy as hell today and cold, we’ve got a storm moving in but this weekend will be chilly so it’s good practice, my lungs don’t do well in cold weather but I still did better than yesterday!
