I've refrained from wanting to give this anymore attention, but I genuinely find their behavior somewhat disturbing that they continue to refuse to acknowledge their mistake, and continue to obsess over the topic, trying to make posts instigating things. I don't really have words for this anymore.

Hoping this is the final update. My TOS states you cannot split the design! The design is not entirely new, it still resembles the custom I made. He can make a whole new design but it's not to resemble or take aspects from the custom. Your "property" came with a contract you broke!

Here is the clause they are breaking. This applies to adopts & commissioned customs. I'm so fucking tired of people trying to ignore my TOS and think there is no consequence.

Further update! They are continuing to redesign Deimos and trying to sell the custom. Again this breaks my TOS about splitting a design without permission. I'm getting increasingly tired of this as they either didn't read my TOS or is purposely ignoring it.

On this thread of his he states he will be editing the reference. Which is implying he will edit the REF Sheet made by me, without my permission. Breaking of my TOS and again, generally a frowned upon thing to do to another artist. I have now since added Cosmic to my Blacklist for these actions.

They are essentially putting a custom I made up for sale. But also are putting the clause that they can just deny the sale if they want to on a whim. They also have two different posts on their TH & BS that contradict on weather they will refund the payments. Which reads as a scam to me personally.

The recent encounter I had. I've blocked out names carat I don't want anyone to go hunt them down. This was unsettling, and sadly isn't the first instance of this behavior I've encountered. Nobody owes you a reason why they blocked you. If you are blocked, leave it, drop it.

Cute example is when I had covid she brought the chicken plush to me and curled up in the bed to keep an eye on me. She's a sweet baby but also a spoiled menace. I love her so much!

I am a little more picky with my original species, but it's mostly the same, just I prefer to not have the species changed. Personalizing a design to you is highly encouraged & very much NOT A PROBLEM! Do it! Hell, tag me or DM me! I love seeing people make their own character with my designs!
