I should dig up my DSLR and macro lens but since Adobe sucks and I can't just have a stand alone version of Lightroom I'll settle for my phone camera. Portulaca pilosa or "Kiss me quick". There were a few patches in a field I spotted while walking Saber.

Portulaca pilosa flowers with some grass. The flowers have 5 petals and yellow pistils. The leaves are green and slender but have some thickness.

The purple passion flowers that a neighbor has grew back and bloomed. There were about 5 of them but they're growing on the ground so they'll sadly end up mowed at some point.

I've had this belt for 4 years now and I noticed today that I can see the spots where it's been worn out over time. The marks at the bottom show where I started at. Still some more to go but it's nice to see some quantitative progress.
