Today is the 20 year anniversary of the Great Pretzel Trek. Hard to believe that 20 years ago, my friends Nissa, Emily and I were laying 6 pounds of pretzels end to end from our house into our school to see how far it would go. Around 0.2 miles! We had a lot more time on our hands back then! 🤣

I had a wonderful time at the London Museum Docklands the other day. The museum is huge and full of interesting stories. Secrets of the Thames was a fantastic exhibition! Well worth a visit!

The Sunday Roast today was excellent! Wayyyy too much food for one person, next time I need someone to come with me. Any takers? 🥰

Sunday Roast with all the fixings- a roasted chicken on a bed of mashed potatoes on a main plate, with smaller silver dishes all around containing vegetables, Yorker Pudding, cauliflower cheese, roasted potatoes and green beans.

Eton Mess- a mound of meringue and whipped cream, with raspberry sorbet in the middle, topped with berry sauce and shaved pink and white chocolate.
