I had this as a kid for Xmas '79

A picture of the cover of the 1979 Action comics annual. It features a huge great white shark with a harpoon through its lower jaw biting a small boat in half. Two men have been thrown out of the boat into the water, no doubt to soon become shark food. The tag line says 'The Book With A Bite!'
