I like good food, good wine, and really really bad 80's pop music. There are other things about me, but you'd find them even less interesting.
Just here to say @plumberduck.bsky.social should get a Pulitzer just for this one paragraph:
Maybe they only like the racist "welfare queen" stuff and the "trickle down" lie that helped cause the wealth aggregation that's currently destroying the US and the world. Could just be they liked "Bedtime for Bonzo," I guess.
I miss the era of Napster and Winamp that came after this in the late nineties and early aughts.
It's getting some attention. I mean, Fox took the time to make sure their readers knew the story was about how it was the non-white person's fault.
It actually does make me feel better. Thank you. BTW, it keeps getting weirder on the other place.
I searched "ferris wheel" on X on the Latest tab to see how many people were falling for the the "ANTIFA sabotaged the wheel at Trump's fair" fake and there's something really broken and bizarre going on with the AI bots. I redid the search with "ferris wheel Lila" and it freaked me out a little.
Did you not read that last fucking sentence? Jesus fucking Christ.
"Everyone firing during a continuing ceasefire" is just the dumbest fucking thing to write, say, or believe... but here we are, in a world of the dumbest fucking people writing, saying, and believing things.
Mad respect to your grandmother. @wonderbunny.bsky.social and I had hamburgers for dinner Saturday and made one for our dippy dog Daisy (extra tomato, hold the onion).
Spoiler Warning! About a third of the way through Moby Dick I realized it wasn't about a famous musician's penis and I just put it down.
Follow-back farmers seem wild to me. Look, if you've shoved over 100,000 accounts onto your TL, you're obviously not adding me because you're interested in anything I (or anyone) has to say. It's likely they're just relying on heuristic reciprocation to increase the number of people that hear them.
[commercial break transition intro] "WHO'S THAT POKEMON?!" [commercial break transition outro] "It's the Kratos XQ-58A Valkyrie!"
The Nextdoor app is primarily a tool used to justify shooting anyone on your property because we've all been trained to be terrified all the time.
My wife, @wonderbunny.bsky.social , got a tattoo out of love for the third. We quote the movie often. "Dogs aren't dangerous," "Perfect landing," or "I've got a funny feeling in my toe" mostly.
Last night my wife and I made French Toast, which we ate. Today I'm going to excuse myself to the restroom to take care of some output based on that meal. It will not, and I can't stress this enough, be equivalent to the lovely dinner we enjoyed. AI is more disgusting than my analogy, by the way.
Thankfully the article doesn't go down the silly "video gameification of war" route like this post and a large number of comments on the story itself. War is a touch older than video games. Scoring in combat isn't new. Computing cut its teeth on artillery trajectories long before Call of Duty.
AAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!!! @wonderbunny.bsky.social made a spatchcocked chicken with mushroom rice (by way of Sam the Cooking Guy). It was AMAZING! AAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!!! #food #foodsky 🍴🍽️ 🍜
Ah, Wegmans... the Kroger of the East. Or is Kroger the Wegmans of the Midwest? Or are they both Union Winn-Dixies, eager to burn Atlanta to the ground... again?
Greetings, traveler from beyond the fog. I am Melina. I offer you an Accord:
Daisy trying to will geese into existence so that she can chase them out of the yard. @wonderbunny.bsky.social
Remember those cute little 1970s and 80s Toyota trucks that every warlord on the planet loved to use as a weapons platform?
