Thinking about doing a thread on run training theory, but it has to start with my heels. This was my left one in 2013; it's about the same now.
I've always liked this photo of Vera Hruba Ralston (BOTD) and John Wayne in "Dakota" (1945).
We're a little earlier, a little longer, not quite as hot, but... yeah.
I will never get used to people thinking that signs are only for other people. Here, a large area is closed for repair and a turn lane is closed. People are going out of their way to drive the wrong direction against traffic.

Today's run started with 4K in 20 minutes. Then I fell apart. It turns out a drop in humidity and a night's sleep jeeps a lot, bit isn't a miracle.
