Evil Dead Burn was so fun! It's not a masterpiece by any means, but the gore hits just right in this one, and the few comedic moments are really good. I have no idea how they pretend to close this trilogy but I'll be at the theater no matter what. 2026 has been a fantastic year for horror 😊.

I am pleasantly surprised with the first episode of the new GitS adaptation. Leaving behind the style and seriousness of the Oshii adaptation, for the more vibrant, colorful and lively world of the original Shirow manga was a risk that paid off under the masterful animation of Science Saru 😊

Also, I finally 100% Mina The Hollower. Fantastic game, and if you love Zelda Link's Awakening, Secret of Nimh and or Castlevania like me, this game will feel made for you.

I've been reading this book due to a hilarious Twitter critique, and it's been a really fun experience. I recommend it, though it can be a bit gorey and gut-wrenching but only a tiny bit 😊

Another platinum for me. I dropped Requiem long ago because while good I wasn't feeling it, but I managed to pull through and finish it. Chapters 1-9 are quite boring, but 10 to 16 are absolute cinema and I loved every second of them. The platinum is diabolical because of those secret chests 😑

Obsession obliterated all my expectations, it really makes you squirm and feel disgusted with its unique horror, how it portrays incel culture and the consequences of being a horrible person. Inde Navarrete's performance is spectacular. 9/10

To end the night, Play Mina the Hollower!!! This game is just too good, I'm only 5 hours in but I'm loving every single moment of it, my respects to Yatch Club Games for creating this masterpiece.

My best friend dragged me to watch Backrooms at the theater and it felt like a very good prologue for an even better and more ambitious movie that was about to start, and then... it ended. The movie was good, but I still feel something was missing. 7.5/10

I finished and got the platinum for this little game last night because Nine Sols keeps kicking me. A very short, sweet puzzle game inspired by a Lovecraft story that I can't mention because that would spoil many plot points. I really liked it and found it wholesome with 2 very infuriating puzzles.

I did manage to game a bit and revisited this trilogy during my downtime at work. While DKC remains a classic, DKC2 is truly the pinnacle of the 16 bit era platformers, the game is nearly perfect, a shame DKC3 while a decent game feels like such a downgrade 😅

I just checked, there was a steam boat, but it wasn't a paddle one, that's a shame, every other detail did match :(
