Jokes aside, this viewpoint of parental “responsibility” is rooted in patriarchy and ignores the role of the parents in their son’s eventual actions (it was a factor - how much? no one knows). Also, if the law is impersonal, how do you feel about your dad killing you for breaking it? Is it better?
How does this street drain work? My guess is “not well” Downhill slope on street from l to r but then the drain is installed on the uphill ramp of the raised bike path and bus stop. The ramp is maybe 15° and 4 feet long.
