Reminds me of the time Supes was body doubling for Bruce Wayne, an assassin tries to use super poison on him on him, but it just makes Supes drunk for basically the first time. It's where we get the wonderful "Sard Borken" meme I also remember something about supes casually eating a sniper's bullet?

But it's a very similar premise of an infinite existence governed by a nigh omnipotent AI,that sends his victims on "adventures" for his own gratification.
