Our sponsored bill SB 1167 (Blakespear) just passed unanimously out of the CA State Senate 🙌 This bill clamps down on illegal e-motos being sold as “e-bikes” - ensuring that consumers are buying devices that meet legal safety standards.

In the 1920s, LA had the largest rail system in the world! When we dismantled it, we also gave away the space it took up to cars. As a result, some of our streets are overly wide, often with dangerous slip lanes. It’s time to reclaim this extra space for people.
