Eyebolts on the bulkhead (unlikely) or to railings (probably this); some people secure with just a rope, I’ve seen others lock. I stole a few random photos cause it was harder to search my own 😅

Well, in 2019 dollars this was supposed to cost ~500k and was supposed to be two curb ramps and maybe a half signal. It also suggests concrete if no bike lane, but really no reason it couldn’t be there IMO Cc @jrock08.bsky.social
It’s also interesting to contrast it to Hanford which has a bus stop. One thing of note is the concrete. Though I will say someone already drove up onto the bus stop island and smashed the fence off once
