It's kind of choppy and I wonder how much could be fixed with better software like Premiere and a motion blur etc.

Kinda stumbled onto something, might as well let this one be free out in the wild while I try to animate this.

You like dry brushing? Because this is the best one I’ve found, the filbert curve and triangle handle just make it great.

My Mum always used these to blend, I think there are fancier things, but drugstore staple.

Spent a wonderful week in the mountains. It’s been a while and some much needed rest. Had encounter with bears, but no pictures, so here’s some of their poop, if I’m not mistaken.

It’s a learning piece for sure, and the top layers on the print in spots ended up too thin. Tried to fix them, and ended up needing to fill holes that I made. The upside to friction welding with glow filament is it changes colour close to melting.

Work continues

Made some friction welding sticks for my rotary tool, which seemed to work out alright for the two halves. Going to spot weld the tail and glue it to gap fill and make cleanup easier.

I shrunk down the squig guitar speaker cabinet to fit a 3" driver, which I have a pair of. Bit of a trial run for the 8" enclosure print.

Cryx mini I painted long ago with stuff Andy did. Been feeling the motivation to work on miniatures more, which is good, but it's mostly been tidying and organizing.
