2/2..& The Vapors didn’t play A SLOW SONG all night! Of course they performed that HIT SINGLE,but THE JET SET just did the JUMPIN’ JIVE whilst still managing to LOOK SHARP! THE VERDICT? That was BEAT CRAZY! What a HAPPY ENDING. We wandered out in the MOONLIGHT grinning. I’M THE MAN said Latto!

5/5.A great first StereoUnderground Live-hopefully an annual event? Thanks to Richard & Sabrina Latto for organising & promoting,to The Concorde Club for hosting, to Phil Harlow for spinning the wheels of steel & to Dave & Danny Fenton and the rest of the band & crew of The Vapors! A top top night!

4/4..There was a nice moment when Rich presented Danny Fenton with a cake as it was his birthday! The set ended of course with a rousing version of ‘Turning Japanese’ & an even more rousing encore of ‘Here Comes The Judge’ when Danny took his guitar solo into the crowd & played on a table!

3/3 Phil Harlow played the indie tunes as part of his Dark Disco set which got everyone in the mood for the headliners. Then it was time for The Vapors & they didn’t disappoint. It was a very intimate gig with the band on the same level as the audience. They played 16 songs-see setlist above 👆

2/2..@richardlatto.bsky.social was there to meet & greet and I had a chat & got a photo with the StereoUndergrounder-in-Chief! There was bar & we got drinks, sat outside in the sun & attempted the SU quiz(still impossible apart from the question I submitted!)

#StereoUnderground Live The location at The Concorde Club was fitting for a lovely English summer’s evening. The event was held in a large marquee on a lawn behind the venue.Imagine going to a wedding reception, but the best wedding reception ever: not a dodgy covers band playing-the actual Vapors!
