The Martial Arts Community is under attack. We fight back. ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️🟥🟥🟥⬛️⬛️⬛️
Despite channel growth, 40% of Active Club channels are fading out.
Rundo was deplatformed as well. At least, as far as I can tell. If anyone can show me otherwise, please do. I am frequently blocked from these accounts, but I would find it unlikely to be blocked from them all at the same time.
On Meta, the youth channels grew for eleven weeks, and than were deplatformed. With the exception of Robert Rundo's personal account, this was the fastest growth in the network.
I'm still working on completing the Q2 Active Club assessment. One of the key findings is a shift in activity to the youth channels. "Authority" is measured by how many other channels forward your content.
For all the political extremism and conspiracy in the sport, Gordon stands out for his direct calls for political violence.
Gordon Ryan's Instagram following. A slow, but not slow enough, descent.
One of the significant take aways from the Q2 Active Club Assessment is the pronounced shift in amplification toward youth groups. Many of the older, core active clubs have gone rather quiet. Youth groups account for a lot of the network amplification
Working on Q2 Active club assessment. Here is total break down of Active Club and adjacent Telegram channel growth. 2025 Was a big year, and that trend is continuing.
Hokits Insta following since being added to the 250 card. The UFC is providing a platform for the worst of us.
Hokit has risen to the top of the emerging watchlist.
I've categorized 70+ social media posts from UFC Freedom 250 athletes. Promotion of the event was categorized as civic nationalism. Not all posts represented here.
Meta is complicit in the rise of white supremacy. Robert Rundo’s Insta following:
Here is another example, where an Actice Club is effectively kicked out. Note Panzzer, who seems to circle the wagons in the movement.
Here is one example - Rundo speaking out against an “active club” by Jake Lang.
Panzzer - Active club member, Wolves of Conland Member, organizer of SFCA Thomas Grady - Active Club member, SFCA alumni. These no rules organizations are flush with white supremacists.
Matthias Waggener, cofounder of the white supremacist group Wolves of Vinland, casually training at a local gym in Colorado (wearing devotion BJJ shirt). Yes, it’s happening in your community.
The MMA/BJJ social media ecosystem has become a pipeline to radicalization. Layers and layers of content branding masking high levels conspiracy and extremism.
Jake Shields has grown increasingly more extreme. He built a podcast following through his sport credentials, interviewing top names in BJJ and MMA. He hasn’t interviewed an athlete since November, and is almost entirely focused on conspiracy and anti semitism. More soon.
A key insight from this case study: Nationalist groups are building complex social infrastructure networks. This is long term sub culture development that will outlast elections and political careers. It’s a shift from movement to milieu.
The Q1 Active Assessment picked up an accelerationist thread in the Spanish speaking world, distinct from the rest of the network.
Rundos new X account has been locked out for 6 days. Meanwhile, his Meta account continues to flourish.
The lack of women in the Active Club world is notable. I’ll write more on this later, but this is an example of how misogyny is woven into what little reference to women exists. All youth clubs - amplifying a quote about “pretty girls” being fascist.
Active Clubs sharing a whole ten seconds of the match. Was down hill from there.
