Before and after pictures of my little dude. I removed all of her insides (compacted stuffing, gnarly water bladder), gave her a thorough hand wash, restuffed her with polyfil and plastic beads, and brushed out her fur. I need a dozen more of these guys stat
I've been deeply obsessed with these things for years but I still haven't gotten my hands on one
We're in the final stretch for the #FandomMarket and these lads are sitting at $60 each! They each took about fifteen hours to make (not counting time spent fiddling with patterns) and they won't be traveling alone www.32auctions.com/organization... www.32auctions.com/organization...
Making some simple little buddies to replenish the supply for sale at the gallery I work at. I don't consider myself much of a fabric artist, but I love it when something I made makes someone happy
Well, I'm definitely going to miss the fandom market deadline for submissions. Any ideas for what I should do after the Sylvanian lads are done?
The world is a sad and distressing place ha ha anyway look at my cats
I am struggling with a shirt for Stede, and I kinda want to pattern out a bigger wardrobe for the critters (cursed suit? Stede's aqua outfit?). I also draw, paint, make jewelry, do knotted friendship bracelets... idk what folks would like to see.
D'you think this little dude (and his Stede, who still needs a shirt sewn before he's presentable) is good enough for the next OFMD craft fair? I'm afraid that they wouldn't get any bids, which tbh would be more demoralizing than I can currently handle
I can't believe I found Mimic! I've been looking for her at a price I could afford for about fifteen years. She needs a little work, but restoring G1 MLPs is one of my favorite things
cw: Past pet death ... ... ... ... Five years ago, I had to make the decision to put down my best friend and soul mate after she suffered a stroke at the age of seventeen. Daizy was with me through the parts of my life that I wasn't sure I'd survive and I still miss her every day 💔
