I started a new diet and exercise program about 3 months ago. I wasn’t in bad shape before, but now that I’m down 11lb and 5% body fat, I’m not mad at the effort (and it’s been a lot of effort). My ego won’t allow to me post the before photos, but they are on my instagram.
