gotten to a point where we had to buy a canopy for the dogs, their poor little feets are burning up right now! its almost too big but its better than nothing when its 110+ degrees outside. it just needs to be straightened and need to buy proper weights

my boy is 8 too and I also noticed him slowing down at this point. he's more particular about things and grumbles a lot when settling down and rarely plays with his toys like he used to. them getting older is so not fair! 🥲 (paying the dog tax of Cody! he started getting white at 4 yrs old 💔)
there is this mockingbird couplw that seems to have had little babies hatch recently because they have taken to patrolling the fence of our backyards and staring into our back windows 💀 they are freaking me out I dont want my dogs getting attacked like the poor crows I've named them Bonnie & Clyde
did some adulting and got my mom's van transfered to me (hooray for working air conditioning!) on my way home I saw a guy selling local honey and I just had to double back and get some. this is literally the best honey ive ever tasted, its like brown sugary with lemony flower notes. im in love

little boy has had diarrhea since yesterday 💔 I think its stress colitis from being in the vet's office last week (he pooped there and it was randomly runny) issues started yesterday so hes been on a bland diet. I think its helping but hes sleepy today. keeping a close eye on robbie
