I happened to be visiting Omaha Beach yesterday. We also visited the American Cemetery, with row after row of people who's names came from all over the world. It was actually sickening to see him on the beach, for his photo op, while he denigrates immigrants and callously advocates to war harder.

I actually think the category of 'autism spectrum' is one of those instances where the name was ahead of its time. Though it's been called a spectrum since I've been aware it it, it was usually spoken about as a line, it's only now that we're actually treating it as a spectrum, there's a backlash
8b. Just how much energy, time and effort are you expending to "normal", and couldn't that energy be better spent on the things you need to do? Just listen to @olivialutfallah making so much sense!
4.b. Most ADHDers I work with have some hypo or hyper sensory stuff,but may not be aware of it. As a general rule,proprioceptive input is helpful for calming and getting ready to concentrate,as it is activating the same system as exercise and deep breathing.Basically, movement is good

As a further introduction (!) I want to give a shout out to the humble visual timer. I've been recommending these to adults since i worked in CAMHS. They seem to work for the neurodivergent brain, especially ADHDers who can struggle with traditional analog or digital time. #NeurodivergentHacks
