Cloudy sunrise this morning over Elliott Bay. Love the reflections on the water when there is a gentle breeze.
A small attack submarine is cruising through Puget Sound looking for a Washington State ferry as its next target. 🎃
Great day to be a Rockies fan. Introduced two of our grand children to their first Major League Baseball game. Good news is you see plenty of scoring at Coors field.
At Oregon Raceway Park today to watch my son race his motorcycle. Love this track with Mt Hood in the background.
Enjoying a sampler at Freebridge Brewing in the Dalles Oregon. Love the Cascade Curtain and had a bit more for dessert. Very kind waitress added The Mole and a Vienna lager (new brews) to the sampling. Wonderful way to watch a replay of the Canada Futbol World Cup win.
Seattle getting ready for first World Cup Match. Hot day. Hydrate everyone.
Learn something new everyday. Out rocking on my deck looked up and there was a lot of black smoke over Magnolia. Searched to see if there were any fire reports and it turns out there is a website sfdlive.com. Checked it out and there it was. A 9,000 square foot wood building in Ballard.
Delightful to return to my favorite woods walk after several weeks away.
Little boy skipping stones under a full moon. Waiting for the fireflies to appear.
Weird light this morning over Seattle as the weather gods try to decide whether it will be rain or shine.
Visited the Berlin Wall memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, and the Reichstag today in Berlin. Too many memories and ghosts.
In Berlin and walked by the US Embassy on the way to the Holocaust Memorial. In the front window is a really ugly statue of Trump.
High level defense event at our hotel in Prague last night. Subtitle for the talk was WTF do we do about Trump?
Changing of the guard today at the Prague castle. Never been this close at US Tomb of Unknown Soldier in DC or Buckingham Palace. I thought one of the normal soldiers was going to usher me out.
