Waifu got me Honduran take-out for birthday dinner, because she KNOWS me!
Help! I have a memory of a game that used "exploding dandelion seeds" as one of the enemy attack types. I remember it being an action-RPG, like a Zelda or Secret of Mana type (maybe even one of those games) but I can't place exactly where I saw them. Anybody remember this?
A sandwich in Starfield was modeled with over 70,000 triangles. This is more triangles than Kratos' face in God of War Ragnarok. This is nearly 5x the triangles for Mario's entire model in Super Mario Odyssey. This is 1/4 of an average ENTIRE SCENE in Skyrim. For a sandwich.
No, we don't. We really really really really don't. It's ok for a game to not run at 60fps at 8k. It's ok to play games that are comfortable in their own ten year old skin. WE DON'T NEED TO KEEP REMAKING THE SAME GAMES OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Put that money into something new.
Super fun Famicom character stickers from @dustwrites.bsky.social and @joypadlad.bsky.social. You can get some for yourself when www.BeyondTheNES.com launches on Kickstarter later this year!

They missed a perfect opportunity to call him Brass Knuckles
Finally - you can run the entirety of Super Mario Bros 2 in the same amount of time as like three attempts at this nonsense. 😄
Super Mario Bros 2 is not called "The Lost Levels". The SNES port of Super Mario Bros 2 is. When talking about the FDS game, it's just Super Mario Bros 2. Why does this matter? Because "The Lost Levels" is a bad port, with borked controls that make an already difficult game even harder.
Is it AI? Is it not? Doesn't matter, either way it's awful. Slop is slop no matter how it's made.
