I am not an AI fan, but do appreciate how quickly it can edit photos. On the left is the original image of my husband and I at a party in 2002, just months before our wedding. The original photo had water damage. I just had AI recreate it on the right. Much better. Now to frame it.

Corpse flower started to bloom at Huntington Botanical Gardens as we were about to leave today. Glad i overheard staff talking about it so we ran back to catch it.
Participated in the Santa Clarita parade with my Jeep Ladies a d we won best decorations and best vehicle club.
We had to say goodbye to foster kitten Bagheera. Her little body just stopped fighting and instead of dragging it out with more fluids and more IVs, we and the vet agreed the humane thing would be to let her go peacefully. She passed wrapped in her favorite rainbow blanket. #RainbowBridge #kittens

Tiny foster kitten Bagheera had an emergency vet appt today when she started to fade quickly. Vet's gave her sub-q fluids and vitamins, which perked her up a bit. She is still not gaining any weight, and eats only sporadically. But she still has the will to live so we fight on. #kittens

Happy foster kittens after getting some yummy food and going potty. Tiny half sized Bagheera (black one) worries me as she isnt eating much and hasn't gained any weight over the past 3 days. While her sister, Raksha, is already twice her size. #kittens #fosteringsaveslives
New Foster kittens just came home. These girls are 3 weeks old but the black one is about half the size she should be and show signs of malnutrition. Time to get to work fattening them up and making them all happy and healthy.
Why? Silly cat Obi-Wan found the weirdest place to take a nap... between 2 pillows that had been neatly stacked with a folded blanket on top.

Missing my sweet boy Luke a lot today. He was the best kitty. From when we fostered him as a sick almost hairless 2 week old kitten, then adopting him, then him turning into my gardening companion. Just the best boy ever.
Got the official pics for my foster kittens adoption pages. Took forever to get them each to sit still long enough. They all get fixed tomorrow morning and will be available for adoption Tuesday. So if you know of anyone interested in a very sweet & playful kitten in the Ventura area, let me know.

The California north coast is so beautiful and peaceful. This is Noyo Harbor in Fort Bragg, my city of birth. I used to fall asleep to the deep sound of the fog buoy.
I got to go back to the town of my birth, Fort Bragg in California. It is a work trip, but I had time to enjoy myself and go play in the tide pools at Glass Beach and poke a sea anemone which is one of my fondest childhood memories.
Got to visit one of my happy places from my childhood today. I'm on a work trip and visiting Fort Bragg, CA where I was born and raised. There is a small park right in town that has nice little trails thru the redwoods and some winding creeks. To me its heaven on earth and so peaceful.
My foster babies also have to stop being so adorable. My cat Obi-Wan doesnt help... he poses with them!
