First time doing a tofu stirfry on my own: crisped up the tofu with the air fryer and fried up some Napa cabbage, onions, ginger, garlic with a fresh-made teriyaki sauce (mirin is so good)
Didn’t feel like anything complicated tonight, so just used what I had: chicken, onions & peppers, tandoori spice paste and some lime vinegar
I do like the glam changes to 14, lets me dress my tank up with a bard hat and my dragoon with the tank coat

Decided on a gochujang chicken fry tonight, got the marinade just right: tingly mouth with a slight sweat sheen. Really glad I kept working on it

Decided on doing up a ragu sauce for pasta tonight. Finished with a dash of white balsamic

Made up chicken tonight with a sauce made from black olives, sauce and chicken stock
Marinaded some chicken in a southwest sauce for 24 hours, steamed broccoli and rice with a sauce of the marinade, chicken stock and red onions reduced down
Meals I did this weekend: simple pasta dish with carrots, onions, garlic, bell peppers with crushed tomatoes. Tonight is Montreal-marinade pork chops, onion and tomato salad with lime salt and jambalaya rice
Haven’t tried doing a full pork loin until now. Had it marinade in Montreal-style rub and baked at 400 until 145F. Boiled some vegetables and mixed them up with olive oil, lemon juice and S&P
Chorizo pasta tonight with carrots, onions, garlic and a splash of white balsamic at the end

These experiments are leading to some tasty results and mean I get better at cooking. I think I’m starting to come out of my funk from the past year
A new test tonight: chili crisp noodles. The sauce for it is one I think will get use in other recipes
