My Stylish Cute Color Palette Ideas for Illustrators book FINALLY arrived! Its so cute and with the help of a translation app, I can read the little notes. I'm really bad at colors and stuff, so I got this book to give me ideas and advice and maybe even some inspo. Very cute~

I hope in Gen 10, they just somehow discover old Hisuian evolution items and have a snowy mountaintop with a "mysterious energy" that allow pokemon to hatch and evolve into their Hisuian counterparts because I really want this pretty little lady to return.

A Hisuian Lilligant, a floral creature that resembles a young lady with short hair, a dancer's leotard, and dancing shoes with a petite pink flower atop its head, it has pink, seed-shaped eyes and its legs have an ombre white and magenta coloriation. It's arms are long, glossy leaves.

Good news, everyone! My first fointain pen has arrived and it's pretty great so far! Its nice, smooth and I like the color. Still getting used to it and my first test run is a sign I need to work on my handwriting. Gonna turn one of my old notebooks into a practice sheet!

My blue Platinum Preppy pen uncapped. I practiced a few lines on a random piece of paper, writing "Extra Fine", "Hello Cider" and "The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over the Lazy Dog" to test it out. There's a little fox drawing too.

Apparently its normal for this chamber to glorp up with ink and I can only see it because its transparent.

Ironically, the biggest disappointment and my most fave pulls are both Pretty Cure ones. The mini replica pretty cure item is from a season I never watched but the Pocket Playset one is so cute and so me (tho I wanted Kiss or Wink...). Also, all my little charms fit in this weird pin I have!

A mini playset featuring Cure Kyun-kyun in a diner setting. There is an added couch and a heart ottoman and the little Kyun-kyun figure is a head you can attach to a cone shaped cylinder. The sticker wraps around the cone giving the mini-kyun the illusion of a doll body.

Apparently this device is called the Spiral Rings from Precure Splash Star (a season I never watched). It can be both a belt and a watch... But yeah, I have no strong emotional connection to it. I would've wanted the mini Candy Rod from Kirakira or Crystal Princess Rod from GoPri or even the Cure Module from Suite.

All the little charms I got from the Gashapon are small enough to fit in the loops of this decorative pin I have! This is... compelling me to collect more of the same series so I can decorate my pins!!!

Guess who went back to the gashapon store, furiously calculated how many machines I could turn on a set budget and proceeded to list then cross out names until I managed to get to my set spending limit? This guy! I managed to get some pulls I'm pretty happy about. (Might give the grey alien to bro).

A pikmin charm. I got the transluscent red pikmin with the flower bud.

I got a Gavv Gochizou that actually works with the Gavv Drive DX. This seems to be Kamen Rider Legend(?), but even if its not my fave, all Gochizo are cuties.

Got a little tansluscent haniwa guy who seems to be a student or maybe even a delinquent? Either way. I like Haniwa and this one is fun. And yes, Im aware that Haniwa are usually buried with the dead, but if Animal Crossing can make them fun little noise guys, then I can think of them as cute.

Friends of the Universe charms. I got the cute little octo alien I wanted... but I couldn't get the spaceship on the second pull and got a silver grey alien instead... If the poster is anything to go by, you can attach some of the little guys under the UFO one?

A bit late, but happy 30 years, Pokémon! I only started playing in Gen 4 when I got my first console (a DS Lite) and played my first game for the first time and since then I'm still a big fan of these creatures and the worlds they live in. These 6 are my choices for 2026 since I like all mon!

Caraway, a young woman with dark purple and punk hair which seems to have a goden tie. She sports a white pikachu shaped pair of eyewear and has a gold and white dress.

Caraway again, this time confidently flipping her hair as she enters the stadium.

Kajima, an austere and strong-looking man who wears an interesting Luchador style mask while wearing a fancy suit of purple, white, and gold.

Yay! Star Detective #precure solo attacks. While I do like that they still get a traditional solo attack, the two and the final purification attack are a little... meh. But I'm really digging the story and characterization so far. If I had to sacrifice flashy attacks for good writing, so be it.

So I went to the mall to buy a few things and wowie zowie! There was an official Bandai Namco Gachapon store on the 3rd floor! They had machines and official gacha merch for series like HunterXHunter, Pretty Cure, Kamen Rider, Sanrio, etc. I'm deffo going back!

Two gachapon machines featuring Kamen Rider Gavv merch. One with a mini replica of the Gavv belt and another for Gochizou keychains. I'm deffo pulling for the Gochizou ones next time. 🤩

My single haul today, Purin ViruSweets Girl. Ive been wanting to pull ViruSweets since I saw it online. Kinda didn't want the basic girlie, but she cute too.

She looks so cute and has her own base plate, hello? Its a girl in a short chinese-style outfit with long sleeves, yellow with caramelized sauce splotches all over. She has short hair with pigtails, the yellow gelatin parts transluscent yellow while the top half of her head is brown. She has a cream dollop hat with a cherry on top.

She's finally here! I heard this #lego set was getting retired this year so I knew I had to act fast before It got sold out and possibly resold at a higher price. That said, this will be my last LEGO set purchase for a good while... 💸

Shoutout to Captain Cock and Gooba Queen for having the funniest names.

Captain Cock, a chicken wearing some sort of suit and a spiny black helmet. It has a sheathed sword on its side, boots with a chicken claw design, and is holding a flag on a red flag staff. Beside them are two chicks, with spine helmets and boots with a single sash.

Gooba Queen, a Voloptuous slime creature of a yellowish green color. Her slime body has quite the sheen to it and she has her own self-made slime crown and queen collar. She is surrounded by tiny, grass green goobas, many of them birthed from her body with little to no effort... i would assume given her secret art is just pooping them out into the play field at random.

I had such fun reminiscing about #culdcept Revolt cards that I had to do another looksee into my other favorite element: Earth. Lots of varying creatures with varying effects. I just love woodsy nature vibe too, these creatures are fun to look at.

Branch Army, adorable wooden creatures that have a knight-like look about them including a wooden horse~ Despite resembling human knights, they have varying elements of their more woodsy origins, from vines wrapping around the waist or mushrooms growing on their shields. It is a creature that gains immense strength bonuses the more earth creatures are in play and can transform into the super defensive mudman once its put down its roots (pun intended).

Brontides, a hulking golem like creature with hay "fur" and "antlers" that are actually large branches. It looks like a wall of a man with a blonde beard and a bald head surrounded by foliage. Not only can this big guy boost your fire and earth friends on the field but it can also use creatures to boost its own stats up. Takes a bit of setup tho.

Cactus Wall, a prickly pear looking cactus creature with a paddle-like body and two flat arms with smaller paddles for fingers. It's very hardy, especially against water and air creatures, can regenerate, and cannot be invaded by an adjacent creature. Quite a defensive powerhouse for any wood territory.

Sylvan Duchess, a proud-looking woman with shiny, dark skin, a colorful floral headdress (or is it her hair?), a black masquerade mask, and gold leaf themed tiara and earrings. Her dress is vibrant green and looks like its made of various leaves. She is surrounded by rabbits and squirrels who seem unafraid of her presence. Another powerful entity like Brontides, she has the ability to destroy battle items at the start of the battle and can regenerate.

Was kinda thinking about card art on the recent #culdcept BEGINS trailer and it made me think about the art in Revolt. While I do like the new game's style, there is a lot more charm in the crazy illustrations of the past title. Here are my fave water creatures. Seems that I like defense a lot.

Gelatinous Wall, a large, rectangular slime creature with a pleasing blue hue and sheen. there is a sword stuck to the ground beside it and inside of its body is an unfortunate looking skeleton trapped in its large form.

Giant Nautilus, a massive shelled ocean creature. It looks like your regular nautilus with the striped shell and the fluttering tentacles peeking from an opening until you realize there is an entire island on its head and microscopic-looking fish swimming by its side.

Rahab, a peculiar loooking creature that swims in the depths of the water, partially obscured by the murk. It looks like a humanoid body, bit its head has no other facial features except a mouth that has several rows of teeth leading inside. It looks like it would look at home in a resident evil game. It's particularly helpful for boosting HP to both water and air creatures.

Wall of Ice, probably one of the silliest cards. It's just a painting of a white iceberg, btu there is a handsome man face on it. it has zero attack but magically enhances its HP +20 before battle.

Pokémon and Culdcept have been occupying my mind a lot recently (besides Tomodachi Life), and I was just wondering... what if Culdcept but with Pokemon? I feel like the TCG is a pretty good basis, but how would you justify all the pokemon and items being just cards on a magic monopoly board? 🎲

A screenshot of the 3DS game Culdcept Revolt. It's similar to Monopoly but with twistier boards and fantasy elements. There is a boardlike path made up of several squares and many of them are occupied byt creatures like monster penguins, cornfolk, chimera, sylphs, etc.

This Map features 3D concrete elements and electric grids and buttons. All the Pokemon, such as piplup, eeveen charmander, jigglypuff, and panpour are sprited with pixels.

I dunno who needs to know this but I wanted to talk about my fave #pokemon line: the Chandelure family. I actually came to the conclusion that I liked the Pokémon the most after doing a "Fave Pokémon by each type" list and man was it right! I love it Tim Burton-esque design and its silliness a lot.

A small group of Litwick, creatures that look like a small, drippy, legless candle with tiny arms, yellow oval eyes, pronounce upper lip, and eerie purple flames, leads a tired Hiker trainer astray with their warm and enticing glow in the darkness of the forest.

A small congregation of Lampent, creatures with black metal bodies, flat noodly arms, and a hat-like covering that shields its glass dome head that has two round, yellow eyes and contains its ever present and eerie violet flame. They seem to be occupying some sort of stately marbled estate, possibly an old mansion or a museum.

A Chandelure floats happily over the snowy houses surrounding it. it is a creature with a glass bowl for a head that is surrounded by several bands of black metal that converge into a circular crown-like shape on top where the fire from inside its head emerges in a long, violet surge. The five bands on the front of his place are close but fairly spaced, with two of them containing a round flat disc in the middle where its round, yellow eyes are. There is a thin wire of black metal connected between the eyes that have a small stitch-like designs in the spaces where the glass can be seen which forms its "mouth". Below its head, there is a small, conical nub which looks like an upside down witch hat. Attached to the cone are two long, swirly metal shapes that form its "arms". Connected to each of those arms are a pair of smaller, thin protrusions that end in broken eggshell shapes. Inside each of those shapes is a blobby looking purple flame.

Mega Chandelure resembles its non-mega counterpart with with a lot of noticeable additions. It's head visually remains mostly the same except that one of its eyes has lost its yellow glow (possibly the one that peers into the afterlife), and its crown has changed in shape, appearing like an Italian or Bourbon crown but with stylized points at the end of each one. It now has four arms below its head, each one ending in a curl and attached to a single, eggshell-shaped protrusion that holds a smaller flame. below its main body is a completely new tier of arms, some looking quite rusty, and each one holding a single flame much smaller than the first tier. At the point farthest below, a pendulum-like object, partly rusted as well, seems to swing about but has no visible means of being attached to the main body (its possible it gravitates towards the main body by means of spiritual or psychic energies).

It definitely feels like the production quality has jumped compared to the last 2 PokeToon Mega shorts (Kangaskahn and Gardevoir)? That or I'm just biased by the subject matter. lol. Also, the ending image is so cute... and ONLY MAKES SENSE IF YOU WATCHED THE SHORT FROM START TO FINISH!

Some tiny qualms: - the mouth not syncing with the song is weird, I guess the it's implied? I chalk that to production rush probs. - I also chalk the weird story progression with production rush too, but hey... its a free 11 min short. The chara designer seems to be take too, who is my fave!

One of take's designs for the Pokemon games is the Aether Foundation employees who wear clean white bodysuits with chunky sneakers, a white cap, and golden accents. they have tan skin because they live in Alola. The girl has a black hair and a short bob while the boy has brown hair with a parakeet-like tuft on the back of the head.

Some of take's character work on Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX: Amate Yuzuriha, a girl withpale skin, short red hair and a school uniform consisting of an oversized, off-white steater, and cyan dress shirt and short skirt. Nyaan, a girl with olive skin, long black hair, and a navy colored overcoat over a while dress shirt and black skirt. Shuji Itō, a paper pale skinned boy with short dark blue hair wearing a lose white shirt, oversized dark gret gloves, and white sweatpants.

It's a bit of a mess since I didn't have the right furniture (its... been a while since I played), but I kinda wanted a subtle design without needing to lean into red. Lots of light blue with wood furniture, floral decorations and a few sweets. And then there's a massive bear to hug n snug~
