Pride the movie was great, but the musical, is very much a traditional British musical, and is very good and solid from the start. But it slowly builds and at some point strikes up into a beautiful musical that's just LOVE encapsulated.

After an almost 6hr flight delay, meaning I had about 2 hrs sleep before running to NT drenched wet in sweat, made it to Pride (a joy-filled new musical). More effort than getting to actual Pride. By the end, drenched wet in tears I couldn't, still can't stop, from flowing down by face.

I feel like they're about to sing "When the crypt doors creak And the tombstones quake Spooks come out for a swinging wake Happy haunts materialize And begin to vocalize Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize"

On the other hand, being the only person in a museum is kinda creepy.

Worth the hassle

As someone who prefers seeing full price lists with no hidden surprise costs, and someone who used to be in the design industry, THIS IS THE WAY.

Also, they use the turntable in Luzia to such beautiful effect, w such timed dramatic enhancement, but also means even cheap seats on sides don't really miss out on anything and get equal great views. Fyi. Just pick seats as centred between the four poles as possible. Tip for all Cirque tent shows.

#IntermissionPost We've become so accustomed to Cirque shows and Cirque level standards but there really is a reason for that. They're just such DAZZLING BEAUTIFUL TRANSCEDENT SHOWS with level of details and visuals that are unmatched.
