Took a little trip to Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. So many birding trips here as a kid. It was nice to come back. Grabbed some nice photos and videos and managed to get some nice marsh sounds in-between other park guests.
A few days of rain turns your fire pit into a nice bird bath.

Yup. Ran out of fabric. Might get some more and reface it or just iron out the wrinkles, throw some feet on it and call it “finished”
Building my last acoustic GOBO from the bundle of Rockwool I got a while back. Not perfectly square and I’m a little short on the fabric I’m using for the face, but it’ll do! 6 and a half feet tall, 2 feet wide and 3” thick.
Stole this from u/sevastarion for n Reddit. You can definitely hear the difference with bass traps and acoustic panels. A clap test isn’t perfect but it does give you a good representation of flutter or slap back echo. You’ll notice no foam in sight 😜.
