Progress repairing the absolute incompetence of the former owners. I have a porch full of stuff to go through to see what I can salvage. Hopefully my Great Grandmother's purse has survived.

We all thought it was cement under there because it didn't give at all. It was because the layers which are all sorts of things including ASPHALT SHINGLES! WHO DOES THAT ON A FLAT ROOF!!!
Former owners opted to just keep slapping more layers on the flat roof. Having it corrected but it was more than a day's work since ot went down to the studs. (7 layers of crap repairs over the years). Tarped off but huge storm left me with this. Home ownership is grand.
