i would disagree on vagueness. before the strategies were listed it was extremely clear that this is about women they knew didn't want to fuck. also further down in the report they talk abt *how* these men knew the women they were hunting didn't want to fuck.

so i think a lot of the behaviors in the top reported are skeezy, but i do have to question some of them? like "focused on a stranger to have sex with" seems pretty like ... is that not the default of online dating or w/e? i'm not sure if that should be counted as a coercive behavior.
