In California, we have done this is certain areas. I live in the High Desert in LA County and we have these at most of our public schools and other businesses. But I would like to see it spread to many other places.
Look, I don’t what happened to this young service member. However, vague details during a war makes people wonder.
In Lancaster and Palmdale in the High Desert of California, all of our public schools have solar parking lots. It saves the schools money, shades the cars in the brutal heat, and lights up the parking lots after dark. We need more of this in America.

This is the sort of BS they are texting people. “Ilegal criminals”? Please. Most of the people ICE picks up are hard working residents with families.
Sky is interesting the last few days-too bad it’s because California is on fire all around me.
I was so saddened to hear that the Grand Canyon’s North Rim Lodge was destroyed by a fire. My husband and I got a chance to visit in 2022 and it was beautiful. The whole North Rim area was more peaceful than the South Rim.
Sent some postcards today for the #Idesoftrump It’s not much, but a bunch of these will send a message.
So, in 2020 my daughter's house burned in a fire. Nothing can prepare you for the trauma and sense of loss. My heart goes out to those who just lost a home in LA. One tip- if you are rebuilding, hire an architect as soon as possible. Plans take months to be approved, so you'll want a head start.
