Chocolate cake with whipped caramel ganache. Could have chilled the caramel a bit more for a fluffier look but it tasted great.
Mine starts here and does a slow roll across the keyboard. Always when I am on a client call.
First time making green chili chicken enchiladas and making my own sauce. I forgot to take the seeds out of a few peppers so I am sweating a bit. Overall good though 😂
Perhaps a late breakfast of cake will help me brace for the horrors of the day.
Still on the chai spice kick. A double layer chocolate cake with cherry compote between the layers and a chai cream cheese frosting.
I got a little memorial ceramic made with my old man dog Willie Nelson passed away and it just arrived. It is so perfect. He even has a little Dorito hat (his favorite treat)
