Thanks to this scholarship and its generous funders, Olivia participated in the excavation project at #Mendiktepe. They also visited other sites in the Taş Tepeler region, such as Göbeklitepe, as well as the Batman Museum, which holds artefacts from Başur Höyük, a key part of their PhD thesis.
