So, couple things: they don't mention the Rape Academy issue from reporting, but do reference issies w/image uploaders and exploits. Also, historically they have not been prompt with responding to reports. Really, at a minimum, they should have paid staff staying on top of problem trends.
Desensitization shouldn't be seen as bad, it makes living in the horrors slightly manageable. We should still try to end the horrors, tho.
