I used to read ALL of Trump's post until you needed a Truth Social account for access. He would repeatedly promote legal "analysis" by Ingrassia, a nobody fresh out of law school (Cornell '22). Here is a sampling:

It was a deliberate move by Republicans to insure that they'd hold the House and Senate. Done partly to counter the readmission of former Confederate (Dem) states.. They added several states over two years and, for them, it paid off for 30 years (1889 - 1920).

It appears that marks are okay if Trump fleeces them because their money went to the leader of MAGA. They are MAGA, so even if their wallet is lighter, they haven't really lost out. Anybody got a different theory why the're complacent?

Morten Christensen made a big bet on digital tokens sold by the Trump family’s World Liberty Financial last year, hoping that a surge in value might be enough to help him retire.

Instead, the value of those tokens tanked. While Christensen and many like him lost big, the president made a fortune, netting $800 million from that crypto project, according to a financial disclosure he filed this week.

“In crypto, people say a game is a game,” the digital-asset entrepreneur said. “He played a better game than I did.”

Sotomayor's health has always been a potential problem. I thought that when she first got on SCOTUS. Democrats put older people on SCOTUS. Greater risk of unexpected illness. Harder for strategic retirement. Republicans put on justices 4 years younger (5 if you include Garland).

M. to The Faith and Freedom Coalition, and one of the Statements I will be making, perhaps the most important of them all, concerns the recent Election of Communists in our Country. Communism is very easy to sell. I’d be the Greatest Communist in History. I’d give free rent, free houses, free food, everything is free. I’m sorry to say, but Assassinations of those who oppose them is a very important element of their Ideology. They’re animals! In many cases, not smart but, in some cases, they are. It’s easy for them to get followers because they make promises that they know they can’t keep, and the Dumocrats aren’t fighting back. In many ways, they’re allowing them to go their own way. They’re afraid they will lose their Election, they’re afraid of conflict. They’re not smart enough or tough enough to fight this plague. If they fought them the way they fight Republicans, or me, they’d be victorious, but they don’t have the courage to do so. These are not social Dumocrats, these are hard core, godless Communists. This is the most serious threat to our Country since its existence 250 years ago.
